The Bulgarian UNIQA subsidiary UNIQA Insurance plc achieved premium growth of 29.0% in the 1st quarter of 2008 and is already the second-largest life insurer in Bulgaria with a market share of 19.7% (+3.9%).In the non-life segment, UNIQA moved into sixth place following a premium growth of 19.5% and a market share of 7.4% (0.1%). Dubai Dreamz has been awarded the exclusive agency contract to market the Efes apartment complex in Bulgarian sea resort Arapia, said Ireland-registered West Incorporated which is investing in the development.The upmarket Efes compound will offer 166 studios and apartments.
