Trucks From Russian Convoy Start Returning to Russia After Loading Off Aid in Donbas

ROSTOV REGION (Russia), October 31 (RIA Novosti) – Part of the trucks from the Russian humanitarian aid convoy sent to Donbas (southeastern Ukraine) have reached the Donetsk-Izvarino border checkpoint in the Rostov Region, a RIA Novosti correspondent reported Friday.

The trucks are now being checked by Russian customs officers under the monitoring of their Ukrainian colleagues and two representatives from the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE).
