Greece’s exit from the eurozone will be a serious blow for Europe and will cost it  a lot, William Buiter from the Citigroup stated at the Istanbul Financial Forum on Wednesday.

He believes that even despite Greece’s debt troubles it should not leave the eurozone and its debt need reforms as the country’s economy will revive in two years.

The economist assessed the debt crisis to cost Europe 300 bn euro.
