The Ukrainian Security Service's special envoy has reported to his chief Valentyn Nalyvaichenko from Washington that, "evidence of the Russian armed aggression," gathered by the Ukrainian military, has been handed over to the American side.

"The evidence gathered proves that crimes against humanity have been committed in our homeland. It will be studied by U.S. senators and congressmen, and it can also be used to bring the aggressor to justice," Markiyan Lubkivskiy wrote on Facebook on June 15.

Nalyvaichenko earlier cancelled his visit to the U.S. over a scandal surrounding the fire-stricken BRSM-Nafta oil depot near Vasylkiv outside Kyiv. He claimed at a press briefing on June 12 that a former deputy prosecutor general had been illegally making money on the BRSM-Nafta oil depot, where a firefighting effort has been on since the beginning of last week.

Nalyvaichenko announced on June 14 that his special envoy would travel to the U.S. instead of him on June 16-17 and that a report on the Russian aggression would be provided for analysis to "each U.S. senator, lawyer and congressman."
